- To lead sales team towards the achievement of division sales targets.
- To engage/participate pro-actively in strategising and implementing sales activities to achieve improved growth and expansion for the Company.
- To continuously seek business opportunities to expand and grow the company and division through new or existing products and services.
- Effectively deploy company resources in the fulfilment of customer requests / orders to protect bottom lines.
- Strategically identify, build and grow quality customer accounts with the objective of increasing revenue and profit margins.
- Strategically identify and grow product lines which contribute to increase revenue and profit margins.
- Engage in optimal order management such that sales direct & indirect costs are being utilised effectively.
- Review Sales & Order Intake performance regularly so that sales and margin targets are achieved.
- Update and Report regularly on team developments and sales expectations.
- Continually meet with and feedback to Support Function Departments to improve existing operational activities so that customer satisfaction is achieved and quality of service/products are within customer expectations.
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with Principals. Prepares & submit necessary project report to Principals.
- General Sales Management Activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
